Heat fans are finally warming to Erik Spoelstra (coaching ranked 36th, up 39 spots from a year ago), and why shouldn't they? In June the former video coordinator became one of just eight men to guide his squad to two straight NBA championships. (And of the other seven, only Bill Russell and Rudy Tomjanovich are not Hall of Fame coaches.) Sure, the Heat are just the third team in league history to field three All-Stars in three straight seasons, but still, titles are titles. Speaking of titles, owner Micky Arison is no longer the CEO of Carnival Corporation (he stepped down in June), which means he'll have even more time and energy to spend on attending games and updating his popular Twitter feed (more than 128,000 followers). Another thing Heatheads love? The team's annual family festival, which this year raised more than $500,000 for charity and featured the champs doing a live performance of the their viral "Harlem Shake" video. Now that's hot.
