Conor McGregor has hinted that he intends to complete a trilogy of fights against Nate Diaz "down the road".
The pair met twice last year -- both bouts earning fight of the night honours -- as McGregor avenged his March loss with a majority decision in Las Vegas five months later.
For now, McGregor's attentions are focused on securing a fight with Floyd Mayweather, and he told ESPN's Dan Rafael earlier this month: "I am boxing!"
But it seems he hasn't turned his back on Mixed Martial Arts completely. Responding on Twitter to a video of his win over Diaz last summer, the Irishman wrote:
This is amazing video of a great chapter in my career.— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) March 27, 2017
I look forward to the trilogy fight down the road. It was a hell of a fight!Enjoy 👊 https://t.co/13VQNufJNo
Diaz's submission win in Vegas last March was McGregor's first defeat in eight UFC fights.
McGregor stunned his American rival in August, however, and subsequently became the sport's first simultaneous two-weight world champion when he defeated Eddie Alvarez to claim the lightweight title in November.
