Former Notre Dame forward Taya Reimer, who announced her intention to transfer earlier this year, confirmed on Twitter that she is transferring to Michigan State.

The 6-foot-4 Reimer, from Fishers, Indiana, plans to graduate from Notre Dame this summer and will have two seasons of eligibility at Michigan State as a graduate student.
Reimer, who was dealing with an Achilles injury, left the team in December after averaging 5.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in five games. In 2014-15, she averaged 10.2 points and 6.1 rebounds, helping lead the Irish to the national championship game.
