AUSTIN, Texas -- Texas freshman forward Rellah Boothe has left the program to transfer to Northwest Florida State College, a Texas spokesman confirmed Monday.

The Florida native was the No. 3 recruit in the country according to ESPN when she signed with Texas out of IMG Academy. She struggled to find playing time last season and was twice suspended. She was left off the roster for the NCAA tournament as Texas advanced to the Sweet 16 for the fourth consecutive year.

Boothe averaged 5.1 points and 3.6 rebounds in 19 games.
