Oklahoma sees out a 75-62 win over Gonzaga to advance in the NCAA tournament. The Sooners will face the winner of Washington-Montana State, up next at Alaska Airlines Arena. Vionise Pierre-Louis had 17 points, nine rebounds and a career-high nine blocks for Oklahoma while Peyton Little scored 18. Laura Stockton led Gonzaga with 14 points.
