Tiana England scored 20 points and St. John's rallied from a double-digit deficit to upset No. 8 Marquette 81-74 on Friday night for the Red Storm's first victory over a top 10 team in nearly seven years.

DePaul's Jenkins is Big East player of the year

The Big East named DePaul's Chanise Jenkins its player of the year and Doug Bruno its coach of the year, with Marquette's Allazia Blockton taking top freshman honors.

St. John's athletic director resigns

Chris Monasch, who had been with the school for 10 years, resigned today. The resignation is effective June 30 as Monasch leaves to "pursue new leadership opportunities."

Irish have won 7 of 11 vs. Huskies
