Texas A&M outside linebacker Von Miller is suing the NFL.
That doesn't mean he filed a restraining order.
Miller will meet the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday and Thursday and also has a two-day visit lined up next month with the Cleveland Browns, reports AFC North blogger James Walker.
Miller is the only draft prospect among the 10 players involved in the class-action antitrust lawsuit against the NFL.
ESPN draft expert Mel Kiper rates Miller the best linebacker -- inside or outside -- of this year's draft class and the fourth-best player at any position. The Bills own the third selection.
Outside linebacker is a glaring weakness for Buffalo, prompting it to take gamble on a contract extension for the injury-prone Shawne Merriman.
Aside from Merriman, the Bills' top outside linebackers are Chris Kelsay, Arthur Moats and Aaron Maybin.
That trio combined for six sacks last year. Maybin, the 11th overall draft choice in 2009, had zero.
