Unless the lockout ends before then, Buffalo Bills players won't be able to participate when the team officially unveils its uniforms June 24 at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
But running back Fred Jackson already has glimpsed their new getups and is excited about the switch.
"We'll definitely look good in them," Jackson said. "It'll be a good change for us. I haven't met a guy on the team that was real enthused about the uniforms we did have. I can't think of one guy on our team that's not going to like the new ones.
"I'm looking forward to putting them on. Out with the old, in with the new. Let's start some new traditions."
Buffalo's uniform unveiling event will last four hours (from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.) and include members of the military, appearances by former Bills players, live music and performances from the Buffalo Jills. Fans can vote for a motion picture to watch on the video scoreboard after the uniforms are revealed.
