Which quarterbacks are having the best start to the 2011 season?

According to ESPN's Total Quarterback Rating, the top two quarterbacks reside in the AFC East.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady (85.3) and Buffalo Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick (83.7) have the league's best QBRs through three weeks. They have combined for 2,168 yards, 20 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

Buffalo (3-0) also is the lone undefeated team in the AFC. New England is 2-1, with its lone loss to the Bills.
