The New England Patriots are rolling with hot weapons and quarterback Tom Brady is having another Pro Bowl season. That run continued in Week 11 as Brady led New England to 59 points in a win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Brady finished second in the league in Total Quarterback Rating this week behind Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints. Brady threw for 331 yards and three touchdowns. He was nearly flawless in his performance.
Here is the QBR for the entire division in Week 11 in the AFC East:
No. 1: Brady, Patriots, 93.9
No. 2: Mark Sanchez, New York Jets, 84.0
No. 3: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buffalo Bills, 62.5
No. 4: Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins, 36.5
Sanchez also had one of his best games of the season. He was 15-of-20 for 178 yards and a touchdown. This is the kind of efficient play the Jets need from Sanchez.
Fitzpatrick led Buffalo to a 19-14 win over the Dolphins. He was 17-of-27 for 168 yards. Fitzpatrick played it very safe and didn’t take shots downfield. It wasn’t needed, considering how well Buffalo’s defense played.
Tannehill had his second straight bad game. His accuracy was off and he couldn’t get anything going in Buffalo. Tannehill was 14-of-28 for 141 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. Tannehill is hitting the rookie wall and needs to turn his season around.
