Tim Tebow: 'I don't have any regrets'

New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow had, by far, the worst season of his three-year career in the NFL. He was a non-factor for the Jets and was passed over multiple times to be a starter, despite struggles by Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.

But Tebow spoke for the first time since the Jets (6-10) ended their disappointing season. Tebow had a choice between the Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars in an offseason trade last year and picked New York.

“I don't have any regrets," Tebow said in an interview with the Fox Business Network. "I believe everything happens for a reason. I don't know what my future holds, but I know who holds my future and in that there is a lot of peace and a lot of comfort."

Tebow deflected questions about where he will play next season. Multiple reports have linked Tebow to Jacksonville, mainly because that’s his hometown and the team had interest in him last season. Regardless of where Tebow plays in 2013, it won’t be for the Jets. The Tebow era in New York was a one-and-done affair.
