Chat Rewind: Shooting down pipe dreams

Here are some highlights from today's AFC North chat ...

Jasson Henderson (Dayton, OH): In your opinion, with the changes coming to the Cleveland Browns, how likely will the new coach keep defensive coordinator Dick Jauron, based on what he has built, with what he had to use?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I believe Jauron has the best chance to be the lone survivor. He's done a great job of developing a young defense.

Jason (Pittsburgh): Can you defend your pick of Baltimore last week with any relevance besides that you are a Baltimore homer?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I picked the Ravens to finish third in the division and I was wrong there. Wait, that wasn't a homer pick. Now, what was your point again?

Carlos (Hobbs, NM): Chances Ray Lewis comes back next year?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Unless the Ravens win the Super Bowl (which is not great odds at this point), I see Ray Lewis coming back. But Ravens have to reduce his snaps next year.

Zach (Ohio): The Bengals passing game seemed to be at it's best with Sanu as the No. 2 receiver. Since he's been out they have struggled, did he make that much of a difference or are they just struggling in general? Thanks.

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I agree with you that Mohamed Sanu was becoming a valuable member of the passing game. But Bengals should be getting more out of a trio that includes A.J. Green, Jermaine Gresham and Andrew Hawkins. Andy Dalton regressed the past couple of games.

Alex (Ohio): Who are your top 3 candidates for the Brown's coaching job? And the winner is?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I'm putting the early money on Josh McDaniels. As they say, where there is smoke ...

Scott (Northglenn, CO): Does Jim Caldwell have a legit shot at being the OC, or just keeping the seat warm for a Reid or Norval tye if possible?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Andy Reid and Norv Turner aren't coming to the Ravens to be an offensive coordinator. Pipe dream.

Mark (Allentown): I could see Banner making a play for Reid, though I'm not sure I'd want him anymore.

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Reid isn't coming to Cleveland. Why don't you think Banner is in Philly right now? He lost the power struggle with Reid. Another pipe dream.

Chioke Hassan (Baltimore,Md): Could you see the Raves bringing back Cam Cameron?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Yes, right after they name Billick as head coach again.

Rob (San Antonio): Jamison, you have gone out of your way to praise Troy Reed. Do you think he will be back to 100% next year?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Actually, I'm more of a fan of T.J. Clark now.

Alex (Pittsburgh): Do you think Weeden would have been more consistent this year with a different system/coach?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I get the feeling that Brandon Weeden thinks so.

Auto44Short (Florida): If you had to choose for next year... Dalton or Flacco??

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Let's see if Dalton can beat Flacco first.
