Marvin Harrison in the house at the Linc

PHILADELPHIA -- Marvin Harrison usually operated in the background media-wise as player.

As he prepared to watch the Colts live for what’s believed to be the first time since the team released him after the 2008 season, he was in the corridor outside the Colts' locker room.

I watched from afar as he had a long chat with offensive coordinator Clyde Christensen and had a hello with Jeff Saturday.

I snapped a few pictures with my camera phone -- one I must note is of much higher quality than the one I used to have. Still, the one I sent in drew laughter from the blog editor who fielded it. Christensen might have been identifiable, but Harrison was in the shadow.

And when I tried one last time, Harrison bent sideways at the waste in a hard-to-misinterpret indication he had no interest in being part of the AFC South Blog’s scrapbook.
