Should Manning have zinged Richardson?

Peyton Manning is known for his calm under fire.

So odds are, after Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson insulted him during an appearance at a labor negotiating session before the Super Bowl, Manning took the high road.

Arizona kicker Jay Feely said Richardson zinged Manning during the meeting, using a chart as a prop and saying, “'Do I need to help you read a revenue chart, son? Do I need to help break that down for you because I don't know if you understand how to read that?'"

If Manning didn’t bite his tongue, the number of barbs he could have fired back with are endless.

Personally, I would have probably gone with: “Do I need to help you figure out how to put together a football team that can win more than two games, sir? Do I need to help break that down for you because I don’t know if you understand how to do that?”

I invite you to share how you would have responded if you were Manning.
