A look at remaining schedules

Chris Sprow often writes Insider files. You often beg me for sneak peeks. I grant you one here into his piece on remaining schedules in the NFL.

Indianapolis Colts: “Tough, not absurd” category

Winning percentage of remaining opponents: .519

Sprow: “They still face seven opponents with winning records, tied for second-most in the league. But you know, they could use the challenge. They could use some Luck.”

Toughest stretch: @NE, @BAL, TEN

Kuharsky: Right now, I’d have trouble calling them likely to win in their next four tries.

Jacksonville Jaguars: “Mixed bag” category

Winning percentage of remaining opponents: .491

Sprow: “Talk about a mixed bag. It's not a bad slate, but they'll be dogs every week until a Week 17 visit from Indy. The hardest part begins this week.”

Toughest stretch: @PIT, BAL, @HOU

Kuharsky: Prepare yourself, America, for the Jaguars three times in prime time.

Tennessee Titans: “Not bad” category

Winning percentage of remaining opponents: .437

Sprow: “They get Houston, Indy and Cincy in their next three. If the Titans aren't in the playoff picture, it won't be because they weren't given a shot to take the division lead early.”

Toughest stretch: @ATL, TB, @BUF

Kuharsky: Better win them now, because they’re losing some later.

Houston Texans: “Worst is over” category

Winning percentage of remaining opponents: .415

Sprow: It's hard to put them in this category after they started with Indy 10 minutes after the Peyton Manning news and Miami coming off the New England Monday night loss, but the finishing month and a half is as good as there is for any team. They still have Jax twice, Indy once, and Cleveland and Carolina at home.

Toughest stretch: @BAL, @TEN, JAX

Kuharsky: The next two weeks are potentially killer, after that could be easy, squeezy.
