          The Colts-Titans matchup Sunday is epic, the likes of which we have not seen in 39 years.

          The two teams lost by a combined margin of 89 points last week.

          According to the Elias Sports Bureau, that's the second largest margin of defeat for teams that meet the following week in the NFL's modern era, which started in 1933.

          The high is 90 -- by the Patriots (who lost their previous game by 52 points) and Bills (who lost their previous game by 38 points) before they met on Nov. 19, 1972.
