Ranking: 3
Comment: A legitimate argument could be made for Manning being No. 1.
Philip Rivers, San Diego
Ranking: 11
Comment: Rivers didn’t have a great second quarter of the season, so this ranking is fair.
Carson Palmer, Oakland
Ranking: 22
Comment: Palmer has stayed at No. 22 on Jaws’ list. Some times, he looks like a top-15 quarterback, and others times he really struggles.
Matt Cassel, Kansas City
Ranking: 30
Comment: It’s difficult to make an argument that Cassel should be ranked higher. He’s in his final days with the Chiefs.
