TEMPE, Ariz. -- A day after being limited in practice to rest a tight hamstring, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver John Brown did not practice Friday.
Coach Bruce Arians did not meet with the media Friday and offensive coordinator Harold Goodwin does not discuss injuries, so no official explanation was available.
Arians will meet with the media Saturday, two days before the Cardinals host the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night.
Brown has not missed a game in his two NFL seasons.
After a veteran day off, fellow wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald returned to practice. Veteran defensive tackle Cory Redding practiced in full as well.
The only other Cardinals to miss practice Friday were tight end Darren Fells (shoulder) and linebacker Alex Okafor (calf). Cornerback Justin Bethel (foot), defensive tackle Frostee Rucker (foot) and linebacker LaMarr Woodley (chest) all were limited.
