TEMPE, Ariz. -- The likelihood of Arizona Cardinals running back Andre Ellington playing Thursday against the Minnesota Vikings gets smaller by the day.
Ellington missed Tuesday’s practice, the fifth straight he did not participate in, with turf toe.
Tight end Jermaine Gresham also didn’t practice Tuesday because of a knee injury. Cornerback Jerraud Powers’ calf kept him out of practice, as well. It was his fifth straight missed practice. Defensive tackle Frostee Rucker (ankle) also didn’t practice.
Long snapper Mike Leach (knee) was upgraded to full participation.
Limited on Tuesday were WR Larry Fitzgerald (ankle), WR Michael Floyd (hamstring), S Rashad Johnson (ankle), DT Cory Redding (ankle) and RB Stepfan Taylor (shoulder).
