Big 12 schedule gets a few more tweaks

The Big 12 already moved a pair of games to championship weekend.

On Thursday, it added a third.

Kansas State and Iowa State will join the fold on Dec. 3, the final weekend before bowl pairings are set.

Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are scheduled to play in Stillwater that weekend, as well as Baylor and Texas in Waco.

Oklahoma also released its official 2011 schedule.

Rather than sit with a bye the weekend before Bedlam against the Cowboys, the Sooners will host Iowa State in Norman. The game was previously scheduled for Nov. 12.

Both Iowa State-Kansas State and Oklahoma-Iowa State were moved for television considerations.

Oklahoma State is off on Thanksgiving weekend next season.

The Sooners, though, will be off the weekend before their mammoth tilt in Tallahassee against Florida State, a rematch of two top 10 teams after Oklahoma beat the Seminoles, 47-17.

Here is the Sooners' full schedule. Oklahoma is likely to open the season as the nation's No. 1 team.
