I think we can officially declare Brandon Banks' slump as over.

Banks became the first Kansas State player in history to return two kickoffs for touchdown in the same game. His 92-yard kickoff return to start the second half has helped spark the Wildcats to an easy 49-7 lead over Tennessee Tech.

Watson Brown's Golden Eagles weren't expected to challenge Kansas State very much.

But this is exactly the kind of game the Wildcats needed after disappointing losses to Louisiana-Lafayette and UCLA.
