We have officially entered the final countdown. Here is how each Big 12 program is poised to close out its recruiting class:
BAYLOR
Total commits: 20
ESPN 300 commits: 3
ESPN JC50 commits: 1
Class rank: 27th
The latest: The Bears appear to have wrapped up their pursuit of the class of 2015 with the addition of three-star Louisiana cornerback Henry Black, and sleeper defensive end Tyrone Hunt of Arp, Texas. Baylor finished with 19 pledges, though we're counting late qualifier Devonte Jones as part of their class. In all, BU spent 11 of those 19 scholarship on defenders in order to fortify depth.
IOWA STATE
Total commits: 21
ESPN 300 commits: 0
ESPN JC50 commits: 1
Class rank: Not ranked
The latest: Iowa State successfully snagged one of the guys at the top on their board, junior college offensive tackle Jaypee Philbert, when he made his commitment Sunday. Philbert is ESPN's No. 10 ranked junior college tackle. The former Arizona State pledge picked ISU after taking visits to USF and Kansas, and will pursue the starting left tackle job immediately.
KANSAS

ESPN JC50 commits: 0
Class rank: Not ranked
The latest: New head coach David Beaty is closing on his class fast with three new pledges over the weekend: three-star tackle Clyde McCauley, and defensive backs Denzel Feaster and Tyrone Miller. McCauley decommitted from Fresno State before choosing the Jayhawks, and Feaster was committed to Miami (Ohio) before making the flip.
KANSAS STATE
Total commits: 21
ESPN 300 commits: 0
ESPN JC50 commits: 0
Class rank: Not ranked
The latest: The Wildcats did lose three-star linebacker Mohamed Barry, who flipped to Nebraska, but enjoyed an otherwise productive week on the trail with five new pledges. The best of the bunch is cornerback Darreyl Patterson, who turned down interest from Oklahoma, Baylor, and Louisville to become a Wildcat. KSU also plucked two sleepers from Dallas-Fort Worth powerhouses: Kylan Johnson of Dallas Skyline and Johnny Durham of Aledo.
OKLAHOMA
Total commits: 20
ESPN 300 commits: 8
ESPN JC50 commits: 3
Class rank: 18th
The latest: The Sooners filled a need at receiver by landing three-star prospect A.D. Miller on Sunday night, and are still pursuing in-state receiver Dahu Green, who is committed to Washington State. Another potential flip to watch this week? Four-star safety Prentice McKinney Jr., who is committed to North Carolina, but visited Norman over the weekend. The Sooners also hosted ESPN 300 guard Joshua Wariboko one last time before his signing-day decision.
OKLAHOMA STATE
Total commits: 18
ESPN 300 commits: 3
ESPN JC50 commits: 1
Class rank: 37th
The latest: The Pokes landed a huge get for their defensive line in four-star defensive tackle Darrion Daniels. He picked Oklahoma State on Friday over Oklahoma, Texas Tech, and Iowa. OSU is still chasing some big-name running backs to close out its class, but did take a pledge from Jeff Carr, who comes from Baylor's backyard of Temple, Texas. Three-star offensive tackle Joshua Jones backed out of his OSU pledge on Monday morning and could be heading to Houston.
TCU
Total commits: 24
ESPN 300 commits: 0
ESPN JC50 commits: 0
Class rank: 36th
The latest: With the exception of Daylon Mack's decision, TCU has all but moved on to 2016, and that class is off to a killer start. Houston receiver Courtney Lark, the No. 113 prospect in our ESPN Junior 300, became the Frogs' eighth pledge for next year's class, and its fourth ESPN 300 take. Gary Patterson and his assistants are doing a heck of a job of capitalizing on their 2014 success with this group, and hosted a big junior day over the weekend.
TEXAS
Total commits: 25
ESPN 300 commits: 11
ESPN JC50 commits: 1
Class rank: 9th
The latest: Huge signing day ahead for the Longhorns. Running backs Chris Warren III and Soso Jamabo will start the day off with their morning announcements, and then Texas awaits good news from perhaps their most important targets: Mack and ESPN 300 quarterback Kai Locksley. By landing ESPN 300 cornerbacks Kris Boyd and Holton Hill, and Boyd's younger brother Demarco Boyd on Friday, Texas regained some momentum after failing to flip Kyler Murray.
TEXAS TECH
Total commits: 18
ESPN 300 commits: 3
ESPN JC50 commits: 0
Class rank: 34th
The latest: The Red Raiders are poised to land ESPN 300 safety Jamile Johnson Jr., who decommitted from Texas after visiting Lubbock this weekend, and are still pursuing some big-time defenders, highlighted by ESPN 300 defensive tackle Joseph Wicker and three-star linebacker Arthur McGinnis. Tech landed three-star receiver Donta Thompson and junior college defensive back Paul Banks last week, reaching 18 pledges.
WEST VIRGINIA
Total commits: 22
ESPN 300 commits: 2
ESPN JC50 commits: 1
Class rank: 30th
The latest: Dana Holgorsen and his staff should have a little drama on signing day. After landing a major coup by flipping four-star receiver Shaquery Wilson from Georgia, there are still some priority targets who will decide on Wednesday. Four-star athlete Jordan Cronkrite and ESPN 300 receiver Antonio Callaway, both from Miami, would be huge gets to close out a really nice class.
