Texas evidently wasn't kidding about expanding its brand to the Middle East.
Brown has posted photos on his Twitter account of himself and wife Sally in Dubai.
Texas athletic director Steve Patterson, who is not on the trip, has expressed a desire to expand the Texas brand outside the country.
The men’s basketball team will play next season's opener against Washington in China. The school has also reportedly explored playing a game in Mexico.
