Could Pitt land Wisconsin RB Brown?

Former Wisconsin running back Zach Brown is considering transferring to Pittsburgh, according to ESPN's Joe Schad.

Brown would add valuable depth at the running back spot, where Ray Graham is the only scholarship back right now. Four freshmen come in for fall practice. Brown would be eligible to play immediately because he already finished up his undergrad degree at Wisconsin.

After running for 568 yards as a freshman, Brown saw his playing time dip as a sophomore and junior. He redshirted last season because Wisconsin had the trio of Montee Ball, John Clay and James White. Even with Clay gone, Brown did not make an impact during spring practice this year and decided to transfer.
