Chung, Branch limited in practice

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Safety Patrick Chung (knee) and wide receiver Deion Branch (hamstring) were both limited in practice, according to the team’s Thursday injury report. It marks the second straight day both players were not able to fully participate in practice, and both players could be game-time decisions in Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.

Rookie tight end Aaron Hernandez was removed from Thursday’s participation report, returning to practice after missing Wednesday’s practice for non-injury reasons. Wide receiver Matthew Slater was also listed on the injury report as limited with an ankle injury for a second straight day.

Safety Jarrad Page (calf) and running back Fred Taylor (toe) did not participate in practice for a second straight day.

Browns defensive end Kenyon Colman (knee) did not practice on Thursday after having limited participation on Wednesday, joining quarterbacks Seneca Wallace and Jake Delhomme and tackle John St. Clair as Browns players not practicing on Thursday.

Defensive lineman Shaun Rogers, who did not practice on Wednesday, was limited in practice on Thursday with an ankle injury. Linebacker Matt Roth (hamstring) was added to Thursday’s injury report as being limited in practice. Tight end Alex Smith was also limited for a second straight practice.
