Wilhite still out; Jackson joins CBs

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The Patriots held their final practice of the week on Friday morning inside Gillette Stadium in cold conditions. Players were in light shoulder pads and sweatpants for the session.

Defensive linemen Mike Wright (concussion) and Myron Pryor (back), cornerback Jonathan Wilhite (hip), and linebacker Brandon Spikes were not present for the start of the workout. All four players were not at the media portion of Thursday’s practice; however, Pryor was listed as limited in practice on Thursday.

Safety Patrick Chung, who did not participate in Thursday’s session for non-injury related reasons, returned to practice. Spikes was also listed as being out for non-injury related reasons on Thursday.

Newly-signed cornerback Chevis Jackson was on the field for the practice, wearing No. 41. A corresponding roster move has not yet been announced.
