DALLAS -- Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is scheduled to be in town for media appearances leading up to Super Bowl XLV, and his presence -- as well as the possibility of other Patriots players -- is what will highlight the coverage in this space leading up to the game. Receiver Wes Welker had previously mentioned that he planned to be here as well.
The goal will be to bring you anything relevant to the Patriots.
The Steelers and Packers arrive in town today and two of the players scheduled to speak to reporters are outside linebackers LaMarr Woodley (Steelers) and Clay Matthews (Packers). I used Woodley and Matthews as a springboard to write a Patriots-based piece that will be posted on ESPNBoston.com later today.
The regular Patriots mailbag will be posted on Tuesday, and the weekly Patriots chat is still scheduled for Thursday at noon.
