After coach Bill Belichick attended South Florida's Pro Day, he apparently wants a closer look at one of the Bulls' prospects, Claude Davis.
This news comes courtesy of reporter Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times, who covers USF and tweeted the following: "Former USF defensive end Claude Davis said he has several NFL visits coming up: Seahawks, Patriots, 49ers, Raiders starting next week."
Davis, a defensive end who projects to linebacker in the NFL, reportedly measured 6-foot-2 and weighed 235 pounds at Pro Day in March. Davis was closer to the 240-245 pound range but he has lost some weight after undergoing ACL surgery in February. His visits are likely related to his recovery. He was known for his pass rush at South Florida and is considered a later-round/free-agent level prospect.
