Working with teammates Mike Rodak and Field Yates to put together a Top 10 list of things we'll be watching for at training camp was a fun exercise.
After reading it over (link here), it led me to the following thought: Are we guilty of taking quarterback Tom Brady for granted?
Brady wasn't one of the 10 categories, which is probably worthy of a penalty flag to be thrown. The chance to see Brady work his craft is annually one of the true pleasures of camp. He's one of the best ever and those watching him on these summer days can get a clear picture of his attention to detail and competitiveness.
In putting together the list, we focused mostly on areas affected by health questions and also those with new faces.
Brady, of course, is the constant.
We'll take the 15-yard penalty and have our eyes locked on No. 12 from the get-go Thursday.
