Stats: Record 13 first downs via penalties

A handful of interesting facts and figures from the Patriots' loss to the Ravens:

* According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the Patriots and Ravens combined for 13 penalty first downs, which set a NFL record. The old record was 12 last done by the Ravens and Lions on Oct. 9, 2005.

* Game times averaged 3 hours, 6 minutes during the last four seasons. The official time of the Patriots' game Sunday was 3 hours, 24 minutes.

* The Patriots fell to 1-2, ending their NFL record run of 145 straight games at .500 or better. The last time the Patriots were below .500 was following a Week 1 loss to Buffalo in 2003. The Ravens now hold the longest streak at 62 games.

* Tom Brady had a touchdown pass in his 35th straight game (fourth-longest streak of all-time) and passed Joe Montana into 12th place on the all-time passing yards list.
