Seven Patriots were recognized for their individual efforts during the 2012 season in the form of a Pro Bowl selection, although just two of them -- linebacker Jerod Mayo and special-teamer Matthew Slater -- will travel to Hawaii to play in the game this Sunday.
Quarterback Tom Brady, wide receiver Wes Welker, tight end Rob Gronkowski, guard Logan Mankins and nose tackle Vince Wilfork withdrew due to injuries.
