A few things we'll be watching for today:
1. The presence of rookie receiver Aaron Dobson, who was held out of Tuesday's practice.
2. With two open roster spots, if the Patriots fill them. (They had three open spots after Wednesday's release of three players, but a source confirmed to ESPNBoston.com colleague Field Yates that the Patriots are bringing in Rutgers defensive lineman Scott Vallone, a move that was first reported by Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.)
3. Might any of the players who have been sidelined, such as receiver Julian Edelman on the PUP list, be ready to return to action?
4. A closer look at the interior offensive line after the mildly surprising release of Nick McDonald.
