          Bill Belichick to be guest on Letterman

          FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick will be a guest on the "Late Show with David Letterman" next Wednesday.

          The show airs at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS, and Belichick will be on the same night as Academy Award winner Tom Hanks.

          Belichick made one prior visit to the Late Show, on Feb. 3, 2004, after the Patriots beat the Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII.
