Rob Parker and Skip Bayless get into a feisty debate over the Red Sox's hiring of Bobby Valentine as their new manager.
Bayless, who admits he hasn't always been a big Valentine fan, says he loves the hire.
"He will command attention and he will command excellence from some of those fat-cat superstars on that team," Bayless says, adding that Valentine is also a seasoned in-game strategist and someone who will get the players to refocus on the basics.
Parker insists that discipline and focus aren't Boston's biggest problems and that the hiring of Valentine is "the biggest overreaction in the history of baseball."
"Even with Bobby Valentine they will not make the playoffs because their pitching is not good enough," he says.
