One night after David Ortiz chatted with David Letterman, Jonny Gomes and Shane Victorino visited with Conan O'Brien on "Conan" (video above).
O'Brien called Gomes placing the World Series trophy on the Marathon finish line during Saturday's rolling rally an "amazing moment."
After the bombings, Gomes said, "we're supposed to be the strong legs, strong back to carry everyone and put smiles on everyone's faces. But I think it was the other way around. I think we jumped on Boston's back. I mean, they wouldn't let us quit. They wouldn't let us lay it down.
"If everyone in Boston could get a ring, they deserve one too."
