Rex Ryan rises early for Bills' first practice of training camp

PITTSFORD, N.Y. -- The Buffalo Bills will hold their first training camp practice Friday morning at St. John Fisher College.

Coach Rex Ryan will open his first camp with the Bills, and he got off to an early start Friday. I ran into Ryan in a local coffee shop about 7:30 a.m., and he was decked out in Bills gear.

Here is Bills' schedule Friday:

10 a.m. to noon ET -- Practice

approx. 12:15 p.m. ET -- Rex Ryan news conference

Weather: Sunny with temperatures in the mid- to upper-70s. No chance of precipitation.

Dress code: Players will be in shorts and light shoulder pads, per the rules of the collective bargaining agreement. The Bills can practice in full pads as soon as Sunday.
