MLB roundup: Youngsters coming through for Cubs; stage set in DC

Baez says Cubs 'never gave up' (1:13)

Javier Baez admits Giants pitcher Matt Moore did a great job and was hard to figure out but the Cubs never gave up in Game 4 to win their NL Division Series. (1:13)

The Cubs rallied to win Tuesday, another indication this could be the year.

What was most impressive about the Cubs, again, was the poise of their young players. Javier Baez and Willson Contreras and Kris Bryant -- who seems a lot older because we've been talking about him for so long but is only 24 -- have all come through in pressure spots, which speaks to their talent and to why the veterans and manager Joe Maddon have integrated them into the fabric of the team. They're very comfortable with them.
