Several players who exhibit the core values that the Cleveland Browns espouse when they talk about “playing like a Brown” will be free agents when the new league year begins in March. Among those values are professionalism, dedication, hard work and attitude.
All the team’s free agents -- restricted and unrestricted -- have those values. Decisions about free agents always come down to fit, age and money, but it will be interesting to see how many players the Browns try to retain, because how they approach it would put actions to the words. The new league year opens at 4 p.m. ET March 10, when unrestricted free agents can sign with any team.
