Three keys to the offseason: Philadelphia Flyers

The Philadelphia Flyers didn't make it out of the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs, but that doesn’t take away from what they accomplished during a transition year. They reached the playoffs when few thought it was a possibility. They established a culture and system under new coach Dave Hakstol, who proved to be a fantastic hire for GM Ron Hextall.

It was a strong season for the Flyers and sets up an interesting summer. Here's where Hextall should focus his efforts this offseason:
