Dez Bryant hurts foot but OK

ARLINGTON, Texas -- It was relatively quiet at Cowboys practice on Thursday until the team got a scare when wide receiver Dez Bryant nicked his right foot during a punt return drill.

Bryant was on the ground for less than a minute before getting back up. He took his shoe off and waved off head athletic trainer Jim Maurer before jogging to a passing drill.

Bryant was running fine with no apparent problems.

Felix Jones (ankle) was the only player not practicing at Cowboys Stadium.

In a lighter note, defensive coordinator Rob Ryan attempted two field goals and missed them both during the open portion of practice to the media. Practice was moved from Irving to here because of the threat of rain.
