Officially five listed as questionable

IRVING, Texas -- Officially the Cowboys have listed Miles Austin, Tony Fiammetta, Kyle Kosier, Laurent Robinson and DeMarcus Ware as questionable for Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.

Unofficially, the Cowboys expect all five to play against their NFC East rivals.

All five were limited in Friday’s practice. It was Robinson’s first work of the week, but he said he was playing against the Giants.

The Cowboys did not close the door on tight end Martellus Bennett (ribs) and safety Danny McCray (ankle) playing by listing them as doubtful for Sunday. Neither player practiced during the week. McCray said he would work out before the game to see if he could play. This is the third high-ankle sprain he has suffered but it’s the first time he will attempt to play the week after getting hurt.

Punter Mat McBriar (foot) and linebacker Sean Lee (wrist) are probable.

Quarterback Jon Kitna (back) and nose tackle Josh Brent (knee) are out.
