Cowboys sign running back Joseph Randle

The Dallas Cowboys signed running back Joseph Randle to a four-year contract worth approximately $2.35 million Monday. The fifth-round pick got a signing bonus of $188,880.

The Cowboys have now signed two of their seven draft picks, having inked linebacker DeVonte Holloman -- a sixth-round selection -- late last week.

The remaining unsigned draft picks are as follows: First-rounder Travis Frederick, second-rounder Gavin Escobar, third-rounder J.J. Wilcox, third-rounder Terrance Williams and fourth-rounder B.W. Webb.

Randle, who is recovering from surgery on his right thumb, was limited during the team's three-day rookie minicamp. Randle said the recovery time is six weeks, but he should be ready for the start of training camp.
