Hatcher, Hayden return to practice

IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys starting defensive tackles Jason Hatcher (stinger) and Nick Hayden (ribs) returned to practice Friday after missing the last few days.

Despite Hatcher's return, the team still has concerns. Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said on KRLD-FM that if the game were today Hatcher wouldn't play, and that his availability for Sunday should be a game-time decision.

Hatcher expressed concern about whether he could play because he's never had a stinger before. He will use a special neck brace to protect the area in case he plays Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.

Elsewhere during Friday's open practice session, Dez Bryant made a leaping catch on a pass thrown behind him, arching his back to make the play.

Bryant was limited in practice Thursday with a sore back. Jones said there are no disk issues with the receiver.

Wide receiver Miles Austin (hamstring), cornerback Morris Claiborne (hamstring), linebacker DeVonte Holloman (neck) and safety J.J. Wilcox (knee) missed practice.
