While Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has switched agents, leaving Eugene Parker for Kim Miale of Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports Agency, renowned agent Tom Condon will also handle some contract negotiations, according to a source.
Roc Nation is an arm of CAA Sports, and Condon's relationship with the Cowboys has been positive in the past.

Bryant, who will become a free agent after the season, suspended contract talks with team officials during training camp.
After Bryant made the agent switch, he said he was open to resuming contract talks during the season.
Condon has previously performed work for Roc Nation.
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Hakeem Nicks left agent Peter Schaffer for Roc Nation and allowed Condon to handle contract negotiations.
Nicks, along with fellow receiver Victor Cruz, let Roc Nation do marketing and Condon handle contract negotiations.
