Another busy week greets rolling Mavs

The Dallas Mavericks just completed a phenomenal week in which they swept four games in five nights. In the NBA, there's little rest for the weary.

The team took Sunday off to recharge for another busy week, this time four games in six days. At least on paper, this trek would seem less daunting than the past week that included wins against the Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat.

It starts Monday night when the struggling Houston Rockets come to the American Airlines Center and ends Saturday at the Sacramento Kings. On Wednesday, the Mavs play host to rebounding machine Kevin Love and the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Combined, the Rockets, Wolves and Kings have 12 wins. The Mavs are 12-4.

The marquee matchup comes Friday night when the Mavs play at the Nortwest Division-leading Utah Jazz with new center Al Jefferson, a player the Mavs seriously considered trading for during the offseason.
