The Rangers rallied from a 4-0 deficit, hitting three home runs to salvage the final game of a three-game series at Toronto, beating the Blue Jays 6-4 on Sunday afternoon at the Rogers Centre.

Beltre is good again: Adrian Beltre gave the Rangers their first lead since the fourth inning of Friday's game at 5-4 with a opposite field home run with two outs in the top of the seventh. Beltre fell behind Jays right-hander Neil Wagner, who was brought in to face Beltre. With a 1-2 count, Beltre fouled off three consecutive fastballs before belting his 14th home run of the season on a 97-mph heater. Beltre was 2-for-4, extending his hitting streak to 14 games. It's the longest current streak going in the American League.

Murph adds insurance: David Murphy gave the Rangers an important insurance run with his eighth home run of the season to lead off the top of the eighth.

Nathan gets out of trouble: Closer Joe Nathan worked around a walk and an error by shortstop Elvis Andrus to start the bottom of the ninth with the Rangers holding onto a 6-4 lead. After Melky Cabrera sacrificed the tying runs to second and third, Jose Bautista struck out on a three pitches and was ejected for arguing. Edwin Encarnacion popped up to second baseman Jurickson Profar to end the game. Nathan is 19 for 20 in save opportunities. He has allowed one hit since May 14.

Cruz break out of slump: Nelson Cruz snapped out of an 0-for-12 stretch with his 15th home run of the season, waking up a sleeping Rangers' offense. Cruz's home run came in the top of the fourth after Toronto had taken a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the third. The Rangers scored another run on Chris McGuiness' double to left field for his first major league RBI.

Grimm hangs in: Grimm fell behind 4-0 and still ended up with his American League rookie-leading sixth win. It was heartbreaking enough that he gave up a four-run third inning. Grimm retired the first two batters in the inning and then walked Melky Cabrera. Then came what should have been the third out of the inning on what was ruled a hit on a ground ball to second baseman Jurickson Profar in which he slipped and couldn't make a throw. The Blue Jays took advantage of the break as Edwin Encarnacion singled for a 1-0 lead and Adam Lind hit what looked like a pop fly off the bat for a three-run home run to center field and a 4-0 lead. Grimm retired nine of the final 12 batters he faced. He threw a career-high 107 pitches.

Up next: The Rangers open a season-long 11-game homestand with three games against the Cleveland Indians. In Monday's series opener, right-hander Josh Lindblom (0-1, 7.71 ERA) is the probable starter for the Rangers against Indians left-hander Scott Kazmir (3-3, 5.24) at 7:05 p.m. on Fox Sports Southwest and ESPN-FM 103.3 and 1540-AM. On Tueday, Rangers left-hander Derek Holland (5-2, 2.82) faces Indians right-hander Corey Kluber (3-4, 4.56) and on Wednesday it's right-hander Nick Tepesch (3-5, 3.92) against Indians right-hander Ubaldo Jimenez (4-4, 5.03).
