GREEN BAY, Wis. – Mel Kiper and Todd McShay can agree on one thing when it comes to the Green Bay Packers: They will pick a cornerback in the first round.
It's just not the same one.
In Kiper's latest mock draft, released on Thursday, he had the Packers taking LSU’s Jalen Collins with the 30th overall pick. In his three previous versions, Kiper had the Packers taking a defensive lineman.
In the most recent version of McShay's mock draft, he also switched his pick for the Packers to a cornerback, Washington's Marcus Peters.
