Jaguars awarded quarterback Jeff Tuel off waivers

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars were awarded quarterback Jeff Tuel off waivers from Buffalo on Monday afternoon.

To make room for Tuel on the roster the Jaguars waived rookie quarterback Jake Waters.

Buffalo signed Tuel as an undrafted free agent in 2013 out of Washington State. He played in two games (one start) for the Bills in 2013 and completed 26 of 59 passes for 309 yards and one touchdown with three interceptions.
