Must win for Raiders against Bears (0:51)

NFL Nation Raiders reporter Bill Williamson explains why Sunday's game at Chicago is vital for 2-1 Oakland. (0:51)

Gamblers are starting to believe in the Oakland Raiders, especially in a winnable game at Chicago on Sunday.

A week after beating Cleveland -- to break an 11-game road losing streak -- the Raiders opened as a two-point favorite to beat the putrid 0-3 Chicago Bears on the road.

It breaks a streak of 27 straight games in which Oakland was the underdog. The last game in which the Raiders were favored was against Philadelphia two years ago. Oakland lost that game 49-20. The last time Oakland was favored on the road was September 2012 at Miami -- a game the Raiders lost 35-13.
