The Milwaukee Bucks announced that Xavier Henry was signed to the training camp roster on Monday.

The 6-foot-6 guard/forward was the 12th overall pick out of Kansas in the 2010 NBA draft. Henry, whose career has been hampered by injuries, appeared in nine games with the Los Angeles Lakers last season.

The 25-year-old averages 5.7 points and 1.9 rebounds per game for his career. He suffered a ruptured Achilles at the beginning of the 2014-15 season with the Lakers.

Herny will enter training camp battling second-year guard Rashad Vaughn and 2016 second-round pick Malcolm Brogdon for a reserve role behind SF Giannis Antetokounmpo and SG Khris Middleton.
